Hi. Relatively new audiophile here. I’m very much on a journey to dial in sound in my very large listening room in my house which is a converted church.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Welcome to the MAAC group area!

A lot of folks in this area to help.  Let us know what you are trying to do and will see what is possible.

I am a big believer in room measurements, so those are possible.  I am in the SoMD area.

Good luck with the new install.

I was thinking omnidirectional but now I’m hot on the trail of DMLs. I like the WAF possibilities and the wide dispersion and the flexibility of placement. The idea that room treatments aren’t necessary is very enticing. I just need to hear it to believe it...

Big/efficient loudspeakers thrive in big spaces.
