Hi: I'm wondering how well the NE-7M will fit in my tiny ear canals. When I've used the Maximo iMetal IM-590s, I've needed to use the extra small tips. Does the NE-7M package include tips that are comparable in size? If not, are there after-market alternatives that will work?

Second question: Are these compatible with a BlackBerry Curve (8330) in terms of using the microphone to make calls?

It is compatible with BlackBerry. I think you should contact iconsupport@nuforce.com about the smallest ear tip size you need (don't tell us the brand, we have no idea what size is suitable for you). Our support staff can measure the smallest ear tips.  This type of question is extremely rare so I don't have any readily available information.
