That is easily fixed. Since you have better gear than I do, it is probably just a matter of "tweaking" a bit with the room and placement.
The other issue (which we already discussed) is stepping up the CD/DVDplayer, and maybe the LARGER Subs.
You have a good ear and your assessment of the relative Bass Loudness at higher volumes was correct.
I normally don't listen at the levels we were using, so I have the bass adjusted "slightly higher" to compensate for the lower volume (Fletcher-Munson).
Without being in the sweet spot Sat, I didn't make any assessments, since bass response closer to room boundaries (where I was standing) is generally going to be stronger anyhow.
