Is this a UPS, a power conditioner or a power regenerator?

We could not use ordinary Household UPS or similar rating device?

An normal 15A or 20A rating Active Power conditioner is no use.

I have delivered a few installation especially in China installed with a High Voltage UPS which utilising a min of 192Vdc to boot up the system whereas ordinary UPS usually use 12Vdc, 24Vdc to power the UPS.

The higher the dc voltage, it is better.

I have installed a 10kva 220V UPS required a 45Amp RCCD but actually a 63Amp rating is better.

In addition, I have installed a Audio Grade Power Conditioner from the same company to absorb all the UPS embedded noise.

It's a voltage stabilizer-regulator
