I am considering tackling the Cornet 2 as a first DIY project.  I'm not a huge electronics wiz, so I just wanted to check to make sure that the Cornet will work with my amp.  It's a ~1978 Onkyo A10 integrated.  The (possibly relevant) specs are:

Rated Input: 1.5 volts
Input Impedance: 50 kohms
Line Preamp Sensitivity: 150mV
Line Preamp Impedance: 50 kohms

Like I said, not knowing too much about electronics, I wasn't sure how to mat these to the corresponding Cornet specs.

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, should be fine.  The real question is what you are using for a cart.

I'm using the Clearaudio Virtuoso Wood MM cart... 3.6mV output.  Is this getting into the low range of what the Cornet can handle?

Plenty of output. It will work fine. I've used mine with carts that have nearly half that output.
