"Supper's Ready" by Genesis on the Foxtrot album.

We wanted to perform it, but couldn't figure out the lyrics. We finally just sang what we could and mumbled the rest.

Later on, CDs came out and all kinds of lyrics on all kinds of albums were suddenly understandable. That was the one thing that sold me on CDs right away.
