MAAC Meet November

Given Phil's late September meeting dates, I though I'd schedule my get-together for one of the first two Saturdays in November--the 2nd or 9th. Those dates are early enough to avoid the Thanksgiving rush and, odds are, the weather will be agreeable. What does everyone think about these dates?

Either weekend in November works for me.

Will be going to RMAF in October and should have some stories.

Rich, either probably works for me as well. I'd guess for most the earlier date may work better. As I noted in Jon's thread RMAF and then Thanksgiving/Holiday shopping comes into play and the earlier part of November should be agreeable weather wise, although a bit cold for us future Floridians.

November 2 is not possible for me any more, so I will settle on Saturday, November 9 as the meeting date. So far, I've heard only from Phil and HAL about meeting dates, and they indicated that November 9 is good for them, as I hope it will be for all who are thinking of attending.

It's time to get organized for the November 9 gathering at my place. I plan to start at 2 pm and go until folks want to pack it up (or Phil falls asleep!

) So far, the following MAAC people have told me that they will attend:
1. Phil A
2. HAL
3. DTB300
4. Robin Hood
5. rhmmmm

If I've missed anyone, please post here or send me a PM. I will send directions to attendees as the meeting date gets closer. I can't compete with Phil's and Roscoe's culinary skills, so I will keep things simple: chips, dip, beer, and pizza.

Rich's parking area in his development is near the mailboxes from memory as there really is not anything on the street.

Parking at end of his street by mailboxes as Phil stated.... There was more parking near the Pool right when you turn into complex if I remember right...
