Guess I fall on the gas side of this equation...

My new baby, in classic black, with natural gas line - 3 weeks till I take the new house, and BBQ!

Yeah, I grew up with charcoal, and perhaps there have been significant improvements in that tech, since the days of hibachi in the 70's... but I grew quite tired of waiting for the coals to grey over, so you can rake them, and then toss the grill in.

Now, the times I have fought through the hassles, those meals are fantastic, so I do understand why folks cook with the stuff.

Gas for me though, for 95% of my meals, so the hard line only made sense.
