I was spinning some records today, and next thing I know the music has drastically shifted to the left channel. A little investigation shows the cantilever on my Dynavector 10X4 with a nasty bend to the left. I must have caught a loose sleeve on it or something to that effect. I gently try to bend it back, but nothing doing. So off I go the my local audio dealer who informs me that the berillium bugger is shot. He gives me a decent discount on the replacement, and I have nobody to blame but myself.
Moral of the story: Wear spandex when you're feeling vinylicious!
