5.1 Rcvr volume step sizes

Looking for any 5.1 receiver having .5dB steps (or smaller) for the volume & L-R balance controls.  Do any exist?  Second priority is pure musical sound quality, while features are lowest in priority.  My reference for two channel stereo is very high, Ampzilla monoblocs/VMPS RM40 TRT ribbons.  I'm not expecting this level of refinement in 5.1, but must have at minimum very high musical performance.  Many thanks for your time.

Lexicon MC-12 fits both requirements nicely.

The upper echelon Denons have 0.5 dB steps for volume, starting with the AVR-3803 on up.  The 5803 is of course the flagship of their line and has received good reviews.

The Pioneer Elites also have .5dB increments for volume & balance for all channels. The VSX-49TXi is supposed to sound quite good. Not to mention it's got MCACC.

I'm sure that once the new model (VSX-59TXi) rolls out in the next month or two the price on the 49TXi will drop siginifactly.
