That's too early for me, think I'm sleeping in.

But text me if he has a lot of Blue Note or Prestige stuff, or Verve.

And sure, after I've already spent over $400 this past 9 months there, now he gives away shwag, from his FB;

"spend $50 get a free Double Decker tote bag."

Smells Like Teen Spirit is absolutely monumental on Vinyl.
Crank it up and watch those foundations.  :icon_twisted:

I didn't really pick up much for RSD. I bought Pearl Jam's Vitalogy re-issue and Miles Davis' Sketches of Spain. The SOS was only $8 so I figured it was worth it.

Couldn't get to RSD yesterday, but while on business in San Francisco this past week I managed to get to 101 Music...

The Chris Isaak and Robbie Robertson were among several thousand unsorted, barely categorized LPs in the musty, dimly-lit basement store.  Found the Savoy Brown and Bloodwin Pig LPs in thirty seconds in a milk crate upstairs.

Also visited the small but awesome upstairs store.  Got into a conversation with a very cool gentleman behind the counter.

Me : "Hi, I think I've looked everywhere in both your stores, but have been unable to find any Fleetwood Mac from the Peter Green era.  Before I leave, is there any place I might have missed?"

Gentleman:  "Yeah, good stuff.  I hardly see any of that.  If I did I'd probably keep it for my own collection."

Me:  "Yeah, I've been looking forever.  Only place it seems to be regularly available is on ebay."

Gentleman:  "Seems to me that would spoil all the fun?"

The Fleetwood Mac stuff is tough I have a Sire reissue of one. If you can find it Bloodwin Pig "Getting To This "
is worth the trouble.
