It must be Thrusday !!

While I am totally familiar with Nilsson's Aerial Ballet, I've never seen that cover. Is it an import? Does it have the missing "Daddy's Song" track?

I LOVE Nilsson!

It took me a while to find a copy, but I finally found a pristine dbx encoded lp.  Korngold is one of the greats of American 20th century music.

Just for laughs and giggles I stopped into my local flea market, an old barn. Found boxes and plastic totes at rear corner, and the stink of mold. But I started looking anyway.

Lots of junk, and some potential nice finds, but abused beyond all repair. Still, it was $1 per title, nothing to lose.

But in one plastic tote, found a bunch of mono, RCA Victor Red Label classical recordings, these were old, but looked to be in good shape, so started cherry picking.

Last, some random labels that looked interesting.

21 titles, and the Mozart Organ title is a double album, woman charged me a flat $20 for the lot.

You are in for quite an adventure. If only 1 in 5 pass muster, you're a big winner. Enjoy!   :D

20 bucks for these, don't know if it was a deal or not.  Very good condition maybe played 1-4 times.  The Stravinsky was opened but not played...I believed the old man.  He had lots of boxed sets of classical and opera/ballets played a few times.

Hell ya it's a deal!!!

Look back 10 or so posts to the 3 I made, the Van Cliburn you got is the same one I did, it's a great piece!!!

And I had the "a mighty fortress" in my hand, but put it back down, wasn't my cup of tea.
