PB101 it is.

What monos does Sunil has?

No HT bypass on Melody Pres.
I would love to hear the Melody Pure Black 101 preamp with my Cherry amp running the LS9's.  Sweet Mother of God, that would be worth every bit of the price of admission.  Fronting the monos that Sunil has the PB101 be an awesome 2 channel addition.  Does the PB101 have HT bypass?

I don't have any balanced to balanced cables.   Are there some at the Soundofrockets hall of dynamic listening?

At $4K the PB 101 is at the top of my price range.  Can the HT bypass be cut into the unit at the factory?

So glad you're coming!

Wife Lena wants to hear the LS9's.

Do you have room for a girl?

I can sit outside with a collection box in my hands.  :|

I can always ask re HT bypass.

Melody is pure 2ch so this would be the first but it's never hurt to ask, right!

I'm interested in attending.  Coming from Oakland.  Let me know if you have room for me.

Can bring a Lexicon LX-7 if you'd like.

Thanks,

Cliff

This thing is taking off - how many folks can you handle at your place?  :green:

Just so I can figure out a couple of contingency plans.

What's the approximate driving time from Oakland Airport to your place? - would probably be Saturday mid-morning traffic from Oakland, Then late afternoon/early evening traffic back to the airport.

I'm guessing there are some hotels reasonably close to your place in case I end up driving where I can get a room Saturday night? (how far are you from Fairfield)

About the only thing I think I could bring hardware-wise would be an RSA Haley - no biggie if I drive, more of a concern if I fly. Can you picture getting that through carry-on?  :icon_twisted: Would hesitate to check it.

SCWJS, i am about 45 minutes from Oakland airport.  you may also want to try Sacramento airport and check out the deals.  commute on saturday shouldn't be a problem.  i think we can easily handle 10-12 people.
