Yes, "Spanish Harlem" is a great song. The 24bit/176.4khz is a new download from HDTracks.com. They have just started the higher res downloads. A bit pricey but great sound.

Muse - Absolution

I saw these guys in the fall of 2004 - they were doing a quick tour on this album playing clubs in the US and small soft seaters in Canada. The theatre I saw them in held 1500 and was less than half full so we had GREAT seats - not many people on this side of the pond knew who the hell these guys were...yet. They came on, put on a devastating 80 minute show and left the stage - no encore. Two weeks later, they played two sold-out nights at Wembley Stadium.
80000 a night.

Thought about buying this myself....but almost $30 for an upsampled version is a little too much IHO.

I thought HDTracks was not upsampling. This is a Chesky release so there would be no issue of them being provided an upsampled version from another label. I have asked them about it and will post response when I get it.

I have "The Raven" in both CD and the high resolution download. The download sounds better to me. I do agree that it is overpriced.

My latest thrill has been using DVD Audio Extractor to rip The Who's "Tommy" audio DVD to 96/24 FLAC and play it through the BDP-1. Sounds good.
