Up for sale is my Sonore custom server with Signature power supply.  I've moved to a streaming based system and no longer have need for a stand-alone server.  Over 30,000 music tracks will be included.  Local sale only at this time so my GAS friends can take advantage of this deal.

Asking $1000.00

This is still available. . .will entertain reasonable offers.

We're heading back to Florida (retirement).  Found a place on the water in New Port Richey, which is about an hour north of Tampa.

Well I'm sorry to see you go Bob, but I can certainly understand the draw to Florida. I hear their winter weather is a tad nicer than ours.
Just curious, do you know how close you'll be to Tim?

It's certainly been a pleasure. I hope to shake your hand one more time before you leave.
Good travels, my friend.

Thanks Bob.  Nothing happens until summertime so I'll be around for a bit.  I believe Tim is in Jacksonville, which is 3-4 hours from where we'll be.

Roger that.
Maybe y'all could get a northern/central FL audio thing going.
You could call it....Florida Audio Retirement Team.

("FART")

If ya think about it, it flows right along with the St. Louis chapter of "Gateway Audio Society" ("GAS").

We'd be like Sister chapters...."GAS and FART".

Anybody got a base and dust cover for a Dual 1219?   Need not be mint, but clean is good.

OR, I'll trade you my Dual 1219, in original box with a nondescript Shure cart, for LPs, a BMF Pass amp, or what have you.    :thumb:

We could certainly do a sister group " FART". I'm currently in Gainesville but will be moving to the Clearwater area at the end of May. I already know some audiophiles in New Port Richey/ Tampa/ St Pete area. It should be very easy to get everyone connected and get FART started.

Ryan from Vapor is building a pair of speakers for someone who will be a founding member of FART. Bryan Pape knows him as well.

Since we can't bump our thread posts from before like on facebook.  (Also brought this up on the fb page.)  I am reposting my sale of my JBL's

I am offering up my:

1. JBL Control 5's $150.00 for the pair - one needs the foam re-glued or replaced.

2. JBL Control 1's $50.00 for the pair. - Sold

Let me know if you are interested.  Will consider offers.

I also have some white replacement grills for Control 5's.  Make an offer.

3. I also have some JBL D123's in cabinet of that era.  Nice furniture grade, not the official JBL cabinets.  These have no crossover and have some tweeters.  Would like to get $300 for these. Worked on these a little. http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?17642-JBL-D123-Cabinet-Ports - Make me an offer.

4. I have 4 Altec Lansing Stonehenge I's for sale.  Asking $400.  Two have replacement woofers, Radio Shack, and need re-foamed.  Everything else is Altec. - Make me an offer.

5. For vintage music equipment.... I have a Roland Rhythm 55 for sale. $150  It is an early drum machine.... - Make me an offer.
I still need to sell the big speakers...the wife wants more storage space.  Plus that would free up some funds for other projects.  :)

Bo

Still available, please make offers.... :)

Can do trades too.  Anyone have a Ruger 9mm P series semi auto pistol or Ruger Single Six convertible 22lr/22Mag or SKS?

Handmade Don Garber Single Driver floor stand speakers for sale.

I've had these for about 6 years and love the way they sound, but need to downsize my speaker setup.  They were handmade by Don Garber in Brooklyn, NY.  They sound amazing in the corners of a room; I played with the positioning until they had just the right sound.

Focal 7v313 driver, cabinets in excellent condition except for a small vase mark on the top of one.  The bottoms have mounts for spikes to raise them off the floor as needed.

I'm in University City.  These can be picked up or I can deliver them in the metro area.  Thanks for your interest!

Aaron
