In addition to the Level 2 mod, I also had a Furutech fuse installed. The mod takes an already excellent preamp and makes it even better with a fuller and more engaging sound! Also, a very transparent sounding preamp with a lot of functions that works very well with a wide variety of amps, both tube and solid state. (Works great with the JOB 225 amp! 2) 6 Mundorf AG-Series main Power Supply filter caps at 22,000uf 25V each
The L-2 modified preamp is superb and better than most $6-10k solid state preamps.
