It's all crazy!
I can't imagine what it would be like to be doing any of the things these athletes are doing (Luge or Skeleton) or rocketing down a hill at 80 MPH with a pair of sticks on your feet.
Summer seems to be more actual strength with the winter being a combination of that and mental.

I can no longer ski because of infirmity, but the skiing events are still my favorites.  And anything else with a story, the 17 year old Gold Medal winner Red Gerard was great.  I'm watching our little skater, heartwarming story and cute girl, full of courage and enthusiasm.

Womens figure skating had a couple awesome performances. I miss most of it but meh.

I caught only Gerard’s run where he landed some crazy 1440 and was amazing.  I am not surprised he ultimately won gold.  I was not aware he was that young!

I was happy to see the Canadian girl who won gold in moguls in 2014 win a silver this year.

Saw a great short track speed skating win by the Koreans.  Always cool to see the host team win, their fans get such a treat.

Sven Kramer!!! Wins gold in 5,000 meters in 3 straight Olympics!! That's a record!!!
And he beat the second place guy by 1.88 , almost two seconds!!!! He is on another level !!

They did a feature on Red Gerard, the gold medal snowboarder.  I thought they were showing historical footage from when he was 12 or so, but it was actually some recent footage.  Where is my wheelchair?
