A tasty brew (Garrison City Beerworks - Daybreak) with some Garbage Bread (eggs, tater tots, cheese, bacon, and sausage)...a great way to get ready for Football Sunday!

A little nod to our Irish brethren on this St. Patrick’s Day.
"Dublin Coddle". I highly recommend it. I didn't change much, other than the beer.
I used "VooDoo Ranger", instead of Guinness.
Not sure why my photo looks odd and tilted?

Dropped some bacon on the ground. Thought I'd toss it into the woods for the wildlife.
Didn't quite make it.

 Did the wife see it hit the ground?  If not, pick off the grass, bugs, and larger bits of dirt and throw it back on the grill. Only the cook knows what goes into the secret sause.   A golden rule of cooking is bacon should never go to waste

 Well, I agree. But in case there's a God of Pork, I thought I'd give an offering.
