I saw this recommendation and wondered if anyone here has listened to him.  If so, could you describe the music and recommend one of his CD's?

I heard a few songs from his album, 'Wood' and it reminded me a lot of Christian McBride.  Somewhat of a 'jack of all trades' with a stand up bass.

It's nice if you like stand up bass.  I've only heard a couple of songs off his older albums and they were more traditional and melodic.
