After all this years had about only 4 cd players and heard most of them at the shows, this is the one that I will never let it go.

Just the BIT, not the wires.  I seldom get to see or appreciate an aesthetically pleasing clean no-visible-wires installation on an open rack.  Certainly not mine.

I have to say jaxwired that is an awesome room.

I'm in the planning stage of building my own house with a dedicated listening room, I think I'll be using your setup for inspiration if you don't mind :)

Oh yeah, the room looks bad ass. I like the system too! Simple yet effective. The only thing I would change is bigger speakers, unless he has a subwoofer!?

With the quality of those Dyns vegas...a subwoofer is really not needed, unless you're into pipeorgan and electronic bass.   :icon_lol:

I agree, the Contour 1.4 has a huge amount of bass energy - in fact C1 is thinner on low freq but much better mids and highs...especially C1 highs *yummy*  :D
