A guy commented somewhere that he didn't like this cause it sounded to him like rock&roll. I believe he was referring to the opening cut. It reminds me, rather, of Indian music in that the bassist and drummer create a kind of drone thing from which Kenny and Pharoah Sanders take off and how I love they do. On second thought, he may been referring to track 5 for which I wouldn't blame him.
