I have a Lampizator Big 7, and love to roll tubes, so I know there are many of you that are knowledgeable about tubes. 

I have an amp question: Can anyone tell me if you can use a 6072"A" tube, in a 6072 circuit?

I believe the "A" has to do with the warm-up protocol.

Yes.  A is how long it takes the heater to heat up.
