My vote would be Refused. Totally changed the game for the punk/hardcore scene in 1999 then totally completely exploded as a band not to speak for 15 years. I had literally just heard about them (on MTV of all places ) right as they broke up and they'd been one of my favorite bands since. FINALLY got to see them the week before covid shutdown.

I'll have to check them out. I just got my Internet up and running this morning. The Drop Nineteens released one amazing album in 1992 before the female singer left for a solo career. They owed one more album to the record company that they released in 1993. It was garbage. After that they were gone..... Then back in March of this year I got a post on social media that they were releasing a new album with all the original members. It came out last week and the reviewers are calling it an instant classic - 30 years after their last "real" record. F-ing incredible comeback for a band I considered dead three decades ago.

The Polyphonic Spree - Salvage Enterprise (2023)

This one came out of nowhere. I was setting my new soundbar up today and saw
that it had Tidal Connect. I looked at the new releases, and under "my new arrivals"
was this little gem. Another fantastic album by Tim DeLaughter and company  :thumb:
