This is a Mapletree Audio Magic 5B SE Triplex Tube Preamplifier. Wow, what a mouthful!

Anyway, what this is is a fun tool for experimenters and the continual tweak in all of us! Giving three modes of operation: Passive, SRPP, and Cathode Follower, with corresponding increases in gain, this preamplifier brings that warm tube glow to anything passed through it (with preamplification engaged, of course!). There's also gain and volume, so you can decide how hard to drive the circuit. Hours of fun in one box!

This preamp came from the estate of a local audiophile, and has been working my house for the last couple weeks with nary a hiccup. After a quick clean of the input selector with deoxit, there have been zero issues.

It looks cool, sounds great, and offers a multitude of options. What's not to love? I liked the SRPP setting the best in my test setup, which leans a little bright, but the gain of the Cathode Follower was additive, too.

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD.

Another preamp with a mouthful of a name!

Here's a linestage preamplifier loaded with Amperex Bugle Boy 12AT7 tubes. Featuring 6 inputs and a mono switch, balance control, and all stepped controls, this preamp will handle even the largest of systems, and offer the controls you need most!

Sounding great with only the slightest touch of the golden tube magic (in my opinion, a great way to design a pre), this will bring a little added warmth and coherence to a sterile system.

Fully tested and working and ready for many more years of glorious music.

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD.

Full loom of Waveform Fidelity power cords available. Asking $1050 for all five. I also have these listed on USAudioMart, but would love to sell them locally.

I'm the original owner, and bought these power cords in February 2015. They are the HE MK3 model.

There is a 12 foot High Current (HC) with a 20 amp IEC, two 5 foot HC power cords, and two 5 foot Source (SRC) cords. The 12 foot retailed for $1019, the HC's were $529 apiece and the SRC's $779 apiece.

They are all in very good condition, with the exception of one HC cord which has a small snag on the cable wrapping and a pullback on the plug wrapping (no impact on performance).

These are exceptional power cords, and have served me very well powering my Bricasti and Laufer Teknik equipment through my Nordost QB8 distributor.

I'm having trouble posting pictures. If you're interested, I can get you pictures or arrange to meet to let you examine them.

This one’s really, really nice sounding.

I’ve had at least 7 ST-70s over the years, with various mods, and of course stock. This one sounds better than all of them.

Van Alstine really knocked it out of the park with this one.

This is a fully restored, turnkey Audio by Van Alstine Ultimate 70 amplifier. It is loaded with Genalex Gold Lion KT77s. It sounds glorious, has a nice black background, and has zero operational issues. The condition is quite good, and it comes with a black painted cage.

Asking $1500.
