QSC's have good amps that can be upgraded with a low noise (14DB) fan.
They also have a plug in module that can be programmed for EQ so you can match your sub to your room.
The Bolder/Teres room at the Midwest audiofest had one and I could not hear the fan. The VMPS sub blended seemlessly with the VMPS 626 speakers.
