Return calls

James:
For about a week I have been trying to speak with someone at the factory in Peterborough to ask a question on a date of manufacturer for a 2BLP amplifier. Normally,my inquiries have been promptly answered.
All I get is voicemail. No return calls or emails.
What gives?

Thanks for the reply.  I have tried several times and still nothing.
I double checked to make sure the email address was correct. It was.

Late to the topic but next to or in the Peterborough Bryston building’s lobby a few years ago Mike Pickett retrieved the date and the unit’s initial destination of my old 4B from a tiny drawer of small recipe cards. They were catalogued , if I recall correctly, by serial number. Little cabinets with drawers. How’s that for an “analog database”!
With the merger and move I wonder if they’re still accessible.
