Posting to say hello...
I've visited this site many years ago, maybe 13.  I'm a friend of Merle (when he was alive) and purchased equipment from him.  I have his Shamrock Audio Keelin's and his Roque Audio Tempest, which I upgrade to a III version.

Looking forward to many more visits to this site,

Hi Michael,

First, welcome. As this is my first post in a very long time I was unaware of Merle's passing. I always enjoyed his enthusiasm. I am glad to hear his Keelin's are still being enjoyed.

I didn't know about Shamrock Audio till tonight - in Silverton no less! I'm in Corvallis.

Lots of Michaels in this thread.

Before there's any more confusion, Shamrock Audio closed in 2004. Perhaps I should re-register to avoid the confusion? I do drop in occasionally to visit though.

Hello, Mike! Before I posted the above note, I Googled Shamrock Audio and found that it had closed long ago. I also got to see a couple of the speakers you used to sell. I thought it interesting that you were so close yet I hadn't known of your existence till last night. I also was impressed that you hadn't posted here in so many years. Wow! Cool stuff.
