Quite some time ago, I posted that I had acquired some gear for review, in the interests of providing a set of recommendations for those interested in doing acoustic measurements of their speakers/rooms. This process has taken longer than expected... But, I'm happy to say that it's now done. Here are the results, I think there is something here for everyone:

Those items are my recommendation - the first, and then either the second or the third.
For those wondering about the recent crop of USB microphones... my recommendation as above stands.

Great story John, you really covered all your bases. Keep putting together content like that, and you'll need to buy more bandwidth for the review site. Stories like that will make it take off in a hurry.
