I always thought this shot was pretty cool. This is one of the many guitars that were on display and set to be auctioned at Christie's. This is one of Pat Metheny's Ibenez' hollow bodies with an old picture of EC in the background.

I have a Nikon D50, got it last November. My first leap into dSLRs! It came with an 18-55mm and 70-300mm kit lens setup both Nikor. I've replaced the 70-300 with the 70-300VR which is a great lens. I also added the 50mm f1.8 and an extension ring (Kenko 25mm) which was used for all the macro stuff. I really like the camera and setup I've put together so far.

This sign was on the street where we were staying while on a ski trip in Ellicottville, NY this winter. It kept cracking me up when we'd come back from skiing, so I took a pic.

My parents always told me if I didn't keep my grades up they would put one of those signs on our street. The signs were supposed to be changed to "Mentally Challenged Children At Play" once, but then realized that the slow children wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway so they left it like that. But really, they should change the picture to a kid with a cane and cobwebs on him or something.
