Hi from New York
« on: 23 Feb 2020, 11:42 pm »
Hi,
Long time lurker and member of Audiocircle.  I just want to introduce myself.
I listen mostly to music on my headphone rig :
Windows PC -> Uptone ISO Regen -> Micromega MyDAC -> DIY Interconnect -> SMSL SP200 Amp -> DIY Furutech headphone cable -> Sennheiser HD600.

Regards,
Alfi

Hey Alfie,
Alfie is a proper New York name!  I grew up in the city and it's got to be difficult to set up a listening room that's big enough and quiet enough!  Maybe that's why the headphones? :green:

Welcome!

(I'm a big fan of furutech cables BTW)

abernardi,
The living room is big enough but it's currently functioning as my kid's play room  :|.
The DIY headphone cable is made with Furutech FHD-35 Headphone Bulk Cable, it's specs are abit counter to conventional wisdom (stranded occ for the signal and silver plated ofc for the ground) but sounds quite nice.

Cheers,
Alfi
