hello John
As I see it in the photos, Tony Ho uses two mono Seiden switches in his Foreplay, What advantage does he gain  over the use of the stereo Seiden switch?
thanx

Hello!

In Tony's (awsome!) implementation the two switches are tied together via the timing belts to the remote motor so I think the only advantage was in the circuit layout and the asthetics of his design.

If the two switches are run separately and without remote you can adjust ballance by turning just one switch and that's why I get occational requests for mono switches.

Channel to channel crosstalk is sometimes used as a reason to go with dual mono switches. This is not an issue with the physically large model 45 Seiden stereo switch we use. The channels are well separated and there is even a copper sheild plate between channels.

Many Thanks!
