buzzing Tower II cabinet

My beloved Tower II cabinets are making weird buzzing noises during bass-heavy listening at medium-to-loud listening levels.  My right speaker is the culprit, and the buzzing appears between the frequency ranges of 40 to 63 Hz.  I can hear the buzzing from the listening position.  I'm not cranking the volume up to 11 or anything like that; I am talking about reasonable volume levels here.  The buzzing sound appears to origniate from within the speakers in the upper 1/3 of the cabinet.

These speakers are approximately 8 years old and were built from kits by yours truly.  What is the diagnosis and prognosis of this symptom?

Sounds like a loose midrange subenclosure.  Liberal application of hot melt glue should do the trick.  Open the speaker, remove the top woofer, and play music that reveals the problem, you should localize it quickly.

Other possibility is wiring slapping against the baffle or subenclosure, in which case simply move it.
