I tightened up the triangle with this measurement.

Crossover points meet if this means anything.

Yes, it means the Wedgie and sub are out of phase with each other. When they are in phase the two will sum at the crossover point bringing the combines spl up 6 dB. That measurement is for one speaker, correct?

Sum at crossover point. And what does that mean, sum?

Phase moved. Hole almost plugged. Reading off axis from listening position.

It means the two signals will combine to increase the output at that point

This is looking good now. Do you still have PEQ on or no?

 PEQ is on. Thanks

Re-arranged room. Rug also flipped 90°.

That really is looking a lot better.  Given the amount of reflective surfaces in the room and the size of the room, you might be about as good as you can get.  How does it sound?  At the end of the day, you want to trust your ears the most.

Sounds nice. Much better than before all this nonsense. It's the small things that stand out. Imaging's much better. Speakers have all but disappeared. Bass is much fuller.

I have some absorption panels I can put here and there next time I take measurements.

The paintings acrylic and have glass covered frames. They can be taken down short term (when the wife's away) if need be.

I’d be interested in seeing the results after you install some Acoustic treatments. When I saw your Waterfall plot, it appeared that you have a fairly “Live” Room. I would try to tame it a bit if you can.

Finding a good balance (not “Live”, not too dead) will probably lead to much greater enjoyment, even if you can’t get Ruler Flat FR.

Any absorption will probably help.  Also, that wood floor is possibly one of your biggest problems. Rugs will help.  But the low end stuff (below 200Hz) is unlikely to get much better due to the size and square shape of the room.  But again, it's not too bad now that you've worked things out and I'm glad it sounds better!  Enjoy!

I should learn to read a WF. Below is the latest. I'm going to flip the rug 90° and add a couple throw rugs

Often times, treating the floor and ceiling make a huge difference and it keeps us from having to put really visible treatment up on the walls.  Wood floors are really tough.  I have designed and installed sound systems in a lot of gymnasiums (mostly high school and college stuff) and the floor causes all kinds of problems.

A few glass framed pic removed, a few acoustic panels in place. These are Super Mini measurements.
