The discs are data discs. So, you can certainly pop it into your computer and copy the information from it. However, getting the audio data out of your computer and into a suitable DAC is another story altogether.
As far as I know, the only USB DACs that can handle sampling rates higher than 48kHz out of USB without any additional drivers are the ones using Gordon Rankin's asynchronous USB technology. But even these cannot go beyond 96kHz.
The EMU 0404 USB interface can handle 192kHz out of USB, but you need to install special drivers first.
Other interface types like Firewire can handle sampling rates greater than 96kHz, but you need to have a computer (PC or MAC) that has this port, plus a suitable DAC of course.
Then there is the issue of the music player software, and there are a number of choices here.
