Hi All, I'm new to this forum and just purchase a nice used Stereo Ultra 6 preamp with phono stage. Cosmetically it is not stellar, but the muscial performance is really unexpected and impressive. I cannot find any current information on this model and would like to know about the circuit, upgrades and especially if I can use one of the newer Tube power supplies since mine appears to be solid state (It does get hot though!!!). Any help would be great. I'm impressed with the cost performance of this as I also have an AES AE-3 enroute as well.
