CJ Walker CJ-55

I finally have some time to set up my CJ-55. Does anyone happen to have an old copy of the set up instruction for it. I thought I give it a shot here, if not, I'll just go ahead and set it up with what I know. It'd be nice to follow the factory's instruction, you know.

I checked, they have a not so useful one for the CJ-58, none for the CJ-55. I've heard the distance between platter and plinth is 6-7mm, that's about it.
