I'm curious to know how the investigation into OB turned out. What were the positives / negatives of the OB design compared to current product design?

I already have two pairs of Omega speakers, just considering a secondary OB system, but not sure if OB sound is right for me or not.

There are the known issues of bass reproduction, but how about the tone and sonic qualities of the OB prototype? Not quite up to Omega standards? Too colored?

Hi Adreil,

Thanks and I will be working on this again. The 8" alnico is perfect for this. Looks like it will be similar to the old one with the exception of the new driver. I will put it in as a Special Application speaker.
