Audio Note Kits seems to use 6SH7 in a few of their 300B amplifiers. If I build one of these I’d love to use a more common tube like a 6SL7. I know 6SH7 is a pentode and 6SL7 is a dual triode... but if there was a wire something like that to work I’d love to know how!

Not a good idea, it will change the sound, its need contact ANK.
6SH7 is a know best sound to 300B, its a cheap tube but there is the sub 6AU6 or Russian 6J3 as alternative.
