Title: XLR input on HD-AVP
Post by: nsl.alan on 22 Feb 2017, 05:41 pm
Hi, today I change my interconnect from RCA to XLR, I found hum noise going out from my speaker.

Then I search the spec on HD-AVP, it shows "4 x XLR Balanced output (HD-AVP)", on the other hand they did mentioned "true balanced XLR inputs" on MCH-K38, anyone can confirm on HD-AVP is true balance or not?

Sorry for the English, I am not native on it.

Try running a "single RCA cable" from the HD AVP to any "single RCA input" on the K-38 and see if that stops the hum.
