I dont know when this service was started by Ortofon or if there is an earlier post about it. Ortofon have an exchange service for MC carts.
My Cadenza Bronze cantilever bent 2-3 weeks ago. I corrected it by hand and it looks like it works well (sound is also the same) but I checked repair availabilities provided by Ortofon (I had sent another Cadenza Bronze to them for repair before and they had sent a new one to me) Then I saw their exchange service in their website. I decided to change mine with a Black.
