While I'm anxiously waiting for our HT3's which we'll get in January, or maybe sooner
, I decided to read all the Salk threads starting at the back. Most of my time on the AudioCircle has been spent in the AVA thread. It's been very interesting and I've felt like responding to many of the threads, but haven't. I'm now up to, or down to, page 6 and I'd like to make a few comments.
ALL the speakers are really nice, works of art. This morning I ran across Brian and Keith's Rosewood cabinets and they just might be my favorites, other than a pair of South American Tineo's.
The two pairs of HT3's, one being BigRed's, with the round-over on the woofer insets, WOW. What a feature, makes them look even more finished, if that's possible. Alot of money for me but really sweet.
Reading the threads ain't no substitution for listening, and it probably adds to the anxiety.
