Don't know if it qualifies as c and c, but IMO $125 is a nice price for this solid and attractive rack.

If I needed one this would get serious consideration.

Or a more lightweight one for $80.

I have 2 of the maple stands from Monoprice.  They work great for my needs.  The top is able to hold my VPI Classic 1 with a heavy duty butcher block underneath.

The bottom shelves hold my Primaluna Dialogue 7 mono blocs.

Also, I use hockey pucks in spots where I think I may need vibration isolation.  They work surprisingly well and as you can imagine, satisfy the C & C requirements.  Good find!

The Sanus AFA is comparable and around the same price right now.  It has been discontinued, but it's available on Amazon.  They both look pretty good for the price.

To my eye the pricier Monolith is much more attractive than the Sanus, which is kindof pedestrian and blah.  Monolith also looks sturdier and more solid.  Whether it is or not......... :dunno:

It is also $10 cheaper.     :thumb:

The cheaper Monolith I linked above seems more on par with the Sanus in terms of build / sturdiness, but it's $70 cheaper.  Visually I still prefer the Monolith.

Am a fan of Monolith.

Use them to source miscellaneous audio bits.

Bought a small file cabinet from them a year ago: good price, was exactly as described, was delivered in one day, and the box was the best cardboard box I've ever seen (hated to throw it away).

I've never had a bad experience from Monoprice and always got more than I paid for in quality.  Their Monolith line is a screaming bargain.

I just got $89.99 one. All the other wood finish and XL ones were out of stock. Build quality is pretty good and it's pretty nice too. Can't complain for $90 and free next day shipping! Now thinking of getting their speaker stands.
