An interesting read, and one that certainly parallels my own experiences - both with audio, and with AC.

This site remains the only one I routinely frequent, and the one with the least (although of course not NO) drama.

It's a great place, run by good people, and built with fun banter!

I could spend more on audio, but am already pushing my moral (frugally run Irish farm) background.  Like many here most of my system is sourced from factory demo, used market, etc. and yet cost thousands.  OTOH still cheaper than many other hobbies.

I don't think I'd be so gracious of the extreme high-end when stories emerge of guts being copied, and much of the "real research" is done by more mainstream folks.  I'm not speaking here of Toyota/Lexus, but the super high-end that deaf playboys buy.
