Well, I lucked out and found a pair of these 4412a's for $150 at Goodwill in very good shape :thumb: :o :icon_lol:
Not too Vintage I know, but these could be as old as 1996, 21 years ago.
But who knows? I guess the log book for the Serial Numbers burned up in a fire ...
I've never been drawn to "Studio Monitors" per se, a bit too straight and clean for me,
but these do sound very good with a pair of DIY tube monos 40 watts A-B, and also an old Naim 5 integrated amp.
Anyone with recommendations for an amp they really like with these speakers? tubes?

Hi I have a pair of 4412A's and they work very nicely with a Ming Da el34a amplifier, nice smooth combination. I find them a bit harsh on solid state myself.
