For sale is one pair of lightly used Annandale A-25XL2 monitor loudspeakers in the Natural Maple finish. The list price is $2,500/pr. I am offering one pair at a special blow out price of $999. Speakers are located in the Northern NJ/NYC area. Local buyers are welcome to come and see/hear them. Factory warranty is still in force.

The new A-25 is a hand-crafted, thoroughly modern version of the classic 10" 2-way configuration like the Dynaco A-25 or Large Advent Loudspeaker. Designed and built with the best that technology has to offer today, this speaker easily reaches a level of performance that simply was not possible back in the day. More information at www.Annandaleacoustics.com

The A-25 XL2 incorporates a 10" specially designed SEAS woofer with 4 layer voice coil vented magnet system and a 1" SEAS soft dome tweeter with integral resonance chamber for extended frequency response and high power handling capabilities

Advanced acoustical 4th order crossover designed by loudspeaker guru Vance Dickason ensures a flat and uniform frequency response over a wide listening window.

Aperiodic Loading of the bass for fast tight bass with no overhang or boominess

15 Ply Baltic Birch enclosure with applied constrained-layer damping and internal bracing for stiffness and very low cabinet induced coloration

Real American maple veneer with furniture quality conversion varnish finish for beauty and durability

Flat impedance curve makes it compatible with all types of amplifiers from tube to solid state, low power to high power

There is nothing quite like this available in a new speaker on the market at or near the A25's price point except for maybe the Dynaudio DM 2/10, but that has a vinyl wrapped mdf cabinet instead of the far more expensive maple veneered baltic birch cabinet of Annandale. This is a great opportunity to get a pair of these beautifully crafted American made speakers at a very, very advantageous price which is probably less than the cost of the parts alone..
