Guess I could build my own, but the factory made ones are fairly inexpensive, and I've only got so much free time these days.

If i were to start over again with Hawthorne, i'd buy the factory DUETS.    Recently i made my own clones and spent about $150 less than buying direct from Darrel H.

They took 5 weeks from start to finish though.  If my time is added to the $ total, they come out to be quite expensive...   


The factory ones are 2" shorter, made to last and look great IMO.   Darrel offer's custom options too, like direct connections to amps rather than using so many speaker posts...
