Once you heard this version you will never even want to listen to any other one again. The MoFi mastering is superb in every way.

I worked the Peter Gabriel show last night, and it was beyond boring. I have always been amazed that a guy like Sting raped his own material (ever heard the jazz version of Roxanne and Every little thing she does is magic), but Peter did it to classics like David Bowies' Heroes and Radioheads' Street spirit. In my opinion it was an insult to the original mucisians.

IMHO he's done, his last album was unimpressive too. Time to walk the nephews to the playground.

Glad to learn I'm not alone in thinking it substandard Gabriel. I bought the CD, listened once, never went back. It crossed my mind that maybe I just hadn't given it enough listens (3x is my rule of thumb before passing judgment), but now I can spare my self another 2 listens. Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto.

My apologies to anyone who likes it...different strokes and all that.
