Meet the LGK "Wagoneer's"
« on: 16 Oct 2014, 05:45 pm »
Hey GR folks!

So as you all know, I purchased the review sample of the LGK's after I knocked out the review at New Record Day. We love these speakers and continue to enjoy them. Today is our 4 year anniversary and since all the traditional crap is LAME for gifts, I decided to give the LGK's a little facelift. Sarah is OBSESSED with old school Jeep Wagoneer's so I got creative and came up with a pretty simple design. All done with spray paint and wet sanding. Picked up some simple vinyl, veneer trim and presto...

Meet the LGK Wagoneer!

Nice to know there is an obsession more odd than audio in the form of Jeep Wagoneer's.  JK's, sure, Wagoneer's.

Nicely done!  Now show us some more skills and lead the way.  Veneer those cinder blocks and you will be an Audiocircle God!  Seriously I really like the room.  Thanks for sharing.

Can you share your "rattle can" painting process you used for the "red" portions? They look fantastic!
