Our new site has been giving us some shipping cost errors all year. For some reason Weebly is not seeing our lower negotiated rate costs that we have right now with UPS.
Plus, it is not seeing or working properly with UPS shipping for international orders at all. We've had to set the international orders to DHL as a carrier to get the rates close, but it has still been too high.
So if your shipping looks high, shoot me a message as to what you want and your shipping address and I'll get you a quote.
Also, we have gone back over this year and audited the shipped rates charged on orders verses what was actually charged to us, and if you were over charged then I have issued you a refund for some of your shipping costs.
