Rented this one from BB on Wednesday and watched it on Saturday.  Movie stars Tom Hanks, Ewen MacGregor and Ayelet Zurer.  I read the book a couple of years ago and found that the movie did an excellent job of following the story.  This one excellent movie and my entire family gave it very high praise.  Rating 4 stars out of 5.  A must see!

I hated the DaVinci code, but rather enjoyed this one.  :thumb:

Very well adapted screenplay, much better than the attempt at the Da Vinci Code. Good fun.

Fish, aj, Jack, cru, you guys are easy.  Take the very elaborate covers off this and every cliche in the book including the race against time to ward off a catastrophe is in this (tick, tick, tick).  Some of it is laughably bad:  "Act naturally, we're supposed to be married"; a parachute (OMG); spies on the inside?  Who woulda thunk it.  The anti-matter thing was cute, tho.  Not for the jaded.

Yah I agree it's got a bit of that 1980s 007 feel to it.
